Editions

Ray’s Contact Form is available in multiple editions, including the free WordPress.org edition and commercial editions (Starter, Plus, Pro, and Elite).

The free WordPress.org edition operates independently within WordPress and does not require a license or communicate with Ray SEO Company servers.

Commercial editions require a valid license for activation, subscription management, and delivery of licensed updates. Use of the commercial editions is also subject to the applicable subscription terms.

By installing or using Ray’s Contact Form, you agree to the following terms.

License

The free WordPress.org edition of Ray’s Contact Form is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL v2+).

Commercial editions are also based on GPL-licensed software. A valid commercial license is required to receive licensed updates, subscription services, and support.

Licensing Services

The free WordPress.org edition does not require license activation and does not communicate with Ray SEO Company servers.

Commercial editions communicate with Ray SEO Company servers only for license activation, validation, subscription management, and access to licensed updates.

Use of the licensing service is governed by these Terms of Service and the Ray’s Contact Form Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ray SEO Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ray SEO Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the plugin.
