Ray’s Lead Capture (RLC) is a WordPress plugin for creating lead-generation campaigns from prebuilt templates. Campaigns can be presented as popups or embedded inline. The plugin provides an admin Template Library, a guided Campaign Builder, theme styling, campaign management, and analytics.

What is included in RLC Core?

RLC Core contains the template catalogue, campaign editor, bundled CSS themes, WordPress display integration, administration pages, and reporting tools. A campaign’s text and design changes belong to that campaign; changing one campaign does not rewrite the source template.

How the components relate

A template provides the campaign content structure. A layout determines the arrangement of the content elements. A theme supplies typography, colors, patterns, borders, and decorative treatments. A graphics pack can optionally add a photographic background to a matching theme.

Popup versus inline campaigns

Choose Popup when the campaign should appear in an overlay or popup experience. Choose Inline when campaign content should be embedded inside a page or post. Available settings and placement workflows may differ by campaign type.

Optional graphics packs

Seasons adds photography for supported seasonal themes and Academics; Industries adds photography for supported industry themes. The add-ons are separate WordPress plugins. Without them, the original CSS-based theme design should remain available.

Core terminology

Campaign: a configured instance created from a template. Template: a reusable starting point. Theme ID: the stable identifier of a CSS design. Graphics provider: an add-on returning an image URL for a compatible theme. Conversion: a tracked successful lead event, subject to the configured form and tracking workflow.
