General settings

RLC → Settings → General contains the uninstall-data preservation option. When disabled, RLC data is intended to be preserved during uninstall. Changing this setting may permanently affect campaign and event records at uninstall time.

Permissions

The reviewed settings interface notes that administration uses WordPress manage_options capability by default. Role editing is not exposed in this version.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics reports Core version details, registered theme and CSS availability, graphics-pack provider status, background mappings, and relevant database tables. An image URL being reported does not by itself prove the image can be downloaded by a browser.

Maintenance checklist

Back up the database and plugin directories, update Core and add-ons, confirm the active versions, test one campaign from each family, inspect PHP logs, and run WordPress Plugin Check after significant code changes.

Uninstall caution

The option to delete data on uninstall should be deliberately enabled only when permanent removal is intended. On multisite, data-handling behavior can differ; inspect the actual uninstall logic and backup before removal.
