Forms inside campaigns

RLC is designed to work with WordPress form integrations. The form renderer can output a configured form shortcode; make sure the corresponding form plugin is active and the shortcode works outside the campaign.

CTA behavior

A CTA can lead to an action defined by the campaign and layout. Verify the actual action in the Builder and test it in the frontend instead of assuming every template uses the same CTA behavior.

Testing submissions

Submit a test lead using a non-production address, verify the form plugin’s success state and storage/delivery, and inspect RLC analytics for the corresponding event if tracking is enabled.

Accessibility and privacy

Use descriptive form labels and appropriate consent disclosures for your website. RLC statistics are not a substitute for the site’s privacy policy or for the data-processing obligations of external form services.
