Ray's Lead Capture
Analytics and reporting
Dashboard and reporting
The Analytics admin page aggregates campaign event information and supports campaign-specific views. Depending on the report, measures include views, unique visitors, leads/submissions, and conversion rates.
Understanding views and visitors
A view measures a recorded display event; a unique visitor aims to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly according to the tracking implementation. Totals can differ from external analytics products because counting rules vary.
Lead submissions and conversions
A lead event reflects the event integration in use. Confirm the underlying form submission succeeds before interpreting a low lead count as a design issue.
Interpreting conversion rate
Use the rate and raw counts together. Campaigns with very few views can have unstable-looking rates. Compare periods and audiences cautiously.
Troubleshooting analytics
If views do not change, confirm the campaign is visible, tracking scripts load, and caching or JavaScript errors are not preventing events. If submissions are missing, test the form integration first.
